Thank you for shopping at SABO

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, anything outside of this period will not be accepted.

Payments for refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags attached, shoe boxes and receipt for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

SABO reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfume or scent on fabric.

Please note our warranty policy does not cover, normal wear and tear, damage arrising from abnormal use or abuse and damage as a result of improper maintenance and care. Eg. Washing incorrectly.

We check all items for faults before selling and this is noted on your receipt.

We do not accept swimwear, bodsyuits, beauty or hair accessories for hygiene reasons.

We do not accept jewellery due to tarnishing.

All promotional offers/discounts can be returned for exchange, store credit only.

All final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
