    Customer service needs work

    Customer service isnโ€™t Great.

    I purchased a skirt online and without realising it was

    A final Sale item. I followed your size

    Guide and when it arrived it didnโ€™t fit me. I went to the Chermside store and was told I canโ€™t get a refund(understandable) I just wanted to exchange the size as the product didnโ€™t fit. I was told that I canโ€™t and I replied with even if it doesnโ€™t fit? Yes. The

    Girl who served me as I left said in a condescending voiceโ€ฆ have a great day.

    I walked out and said thank you. I wasnโ€™t impressed although the way she dealt with the matter wasnโ€™t professional.

    I understand you have policies and procedures but having products you canโ€™t exchange due to the size isnโ€™t a great outcome for your customers and maybe something you need to look into.
